Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at RANC3. We appreciate the fact that you like to purchase the products we avail for you. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions which applies to transactions at RANC3. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at RANC3, you agree to the terms set forth below along with RANC3’s Privacy Policy.

We are happy to assist you and manage your products purchased from us. If you wish to make returns or exchanges, you have to issue a return request for your item. It will be processed via email communication only (support@ranc3.in). Our team will not be able to provide you with accurate information for a return or exchanges or store credit request via phone calls or text messages. You can expect a response to your email within 48 hours.

Returns should be made within 14 days of your purchase (For example, if we receive your order on the 1st of November, the last day to be able to return your item(s) is 14th of November) in original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s).

  • Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for refund or store credit.
  • If the product is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/product has been damaged or the product has been unboxed, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the refund or store credit amount as applicable.
  • In above case RANC3 will charge 25% restocking and handling fees from the client.
  • If the product has been cleared (no damaged packaging, sealed unit, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the full amount would be issued as refund or store credit within 10-21 working days (minus the bank charges (if paid by card) and handling fee).
  • If the product has been ordered but it has not been shipped, then you can cancel the order and avail 100% refund or store credit towards purchase of any other item available on our website. Please note that we will not be able to refund the amount once order is placed.
  • Due to the nature of high-end products, we are authorized dealers for, not all products qualify for a return. In the event of a defective unit, the unit will be replaced with an identical unit. Furthermore, if we are unable to supply a replacement unit within 30-45 days, we will issue refund.

WARRANTY

(a) Manufacturer’s warranty as per the brand

(b) Physical damage to items is not covered under warranty

(c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorized person/other service center

(d) Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty

(e) Warranty is applicable within the region of the Republic of India only, unless stated otherwise

There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated via email about the status in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, RANC3 limit the number of products available for purchase.
